Greg Thornton – Chair
I have been involved with Quest since the mid 1990s, attending my first conference in 1996. It was through that conference that a small group of local LGBT Catholics met and the Quest in the Midlands group began. I’ve been an active member of the group since then, and in recent years acted as convenor. Quest has been a consistent and valued part of my life over the last twenty five years.
A ‘cradle Catholic’, I have been an organist at my local parish church for over 40 years. My professional background has been with the NHS since 1987, working as an occupational therapist and counsellor. I’m also involved with St Nicholas’ CofE church in the centre of Leicester and value the ecumenical LGBT+ Christian network that Quest is part of.
