Liverpool Pride Interfaith Celebration

Spectrum of spirituality - Liverpool

1 August 2013, 7.00 pm

Spectrum of Spirituality is planning its fourth annual interfaith celebration as part of the Liverpool Pride Festival which will be offered by and for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) people of faith on the theme of The Hero Within.

You are invited to share this service with us at Ullet Road Unitarian Church Hall, 57 Ullet Road L17 2AA (entrance on York Ave) on Thursday 1st August at 7pm with a vegetarian buffet supper afterwards. We are also holding an Art Workshop on Thursday 25th July at the same venue. Drop in anytime between 3pm and 8pm for your chance to be creative and make something to be exhibited at the interfaith service.

Spectrum of Spirituality is a forum for LGBT people of faith and their friends formed in April 2010 to create an LGBT Interfaith service on the eve of the first official Liverpool Pride. We believe this was the first official LGBT Pride Interfaith event in the UK and continues to be unique event.

If you would like more information please contact Warren Hartley our Chairperson via e-mail on or telephone 07776 476 024.

Re: Something to share that may benefit our Lesbian and Gay Brothers and Sisters
I am guided to speak directly to your hearts from a loving heart that seeks to walk alongside our Lesbian and Gay brothers and sisters as spiritual prayer partners for equality, justice, freedom and an accepting love that is all encompassing and loving without religious bigotry or condemnation.

Within the Tau Community of Interfaith Franciscans we welcome not only all faiths but we also welcome our Lesbian and Gay brothers and sisters as active members within our community. Please allow me to share with you our latest Youtube video which explains more from the heart.
